China is in a trial period of shale gas development.Shale gas development will bring problems including water resource shortage,water and soil pollution,and methane leakage.Hence it is necessary to analyze the environmental problems brought by the shale gas development and to develop countermeasures.This article provides detailed analysis of a series of issues that may be caused during the process of shale gas development.Solutions based on the current situation of China's shale gas development are also presented to provide certain reference for this area.
