摘要
人际关系的处理对于任何一个社会群体来说都是重要的,对于掌握公共权力的领导干部而言更是如此。领导干部人际关系冲突的类型包括因职业而起的工作上的人际关系冲突,因身份而起的人际关系冲突,以及回归普通人"本原"状态的人际关系冲突。要化解这些人际关系冲突,最重要的是领导干部要不断提升自我修养,确立正确的利益观,充分认知自我的"公共"身份,不断增强把握人际冲突与化解之道。
The interpersonal relationship is very important for any social group, especially for the leading cadres who hold the public power. In reality, the interpersonal conflict situations that the leading cadres have to deal with include: interpersonal conflict caused by occupation work, by the identity, and by returning to ordinary people "primitive" state. To resolve these in- terpersonal conflicts, the most important is that leading cadres need to do self--cultivation, to establish a correct view of inter- ests, to realize the "public" self--identity, and to improve communication skills.
