家属群体是胜利油田最大的非在职群体,家属工作开展的好坏直接影响着油田的和谐稳定与持续发展。这就要求油田家属工作必须结合家属管理现状,积极探索做好家属思想工作的新思路、新办法,诸如培育胜利特色家属文化、拓展为民服务空间、发挥舆论宣传作用、创新完善组织形式、强化家属管理队伍建设等,将各种矛盾化解在萌芽状态,努力营造油田稳定和谐的良好氛围。
