摘要
家属群体是胜利油田最大的非在职群体,家属工作开展的好坏直接影响着油田的和谐稳定与持续发展。这就要求油田家属工作必须结合家属管理现状,积极探索做好家属思想工作的新思路、新办法,诸如培育胜利特色家属文化、拓展为民服务空间、发挥舆论宣传作用、创新完善组织形式、强化家属管理队伍建设等,将各种矛盾化解在萌芽状态,努力营造油田稳定和谐的良好氛围。
Family group is the largest group of non -- working in Shengli Oilfield, the family work directly affect the har- mony and stability and sustainable development of oilfield. This requires oil family work must be combined with the family management situation, and actively explore new ideas, new ways do the families of ideological work, such as cultivating char- acteristic family culture, expand the service space for the public, give play to the role of public opinion propaganda, and innova- tion to improve the organizational form, strengthen the family management team construction and so on, will resolve the con- tradictions in the bud, and strive to create a stable and harmonious oilfield good atmosphere.
