Under the background of economy globalization and market diversification process speeding up, the ideological and political work of oil companies is facing such problems as unclear position and function, without forming large political work＇s combination power, lacking innovation, lacking motivation of professional team construction. Under the new situation, we must adapt to the change of governance structure of the oil companies, and strengthen the ＂life line＂ function of the ideolog- ical work, optimize and reorganize the business process, construct high efficient large political work department, enhance com- prehensive efficiency of Ideological and political work, and construct a comprehensive leader team with special technique and combined knowledge to support scientific development for oil company.
