摘要
目的分析儿童EB病毒感染状况。方法将我院收治的EB病毒感染患儿100例分为典型组和非典型组各50例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果感染者可累及全身多个系统,引发多种疾病,其症状轻重不一,很多时候不能早期诊断,给临床治疗带来困难。结论儿童EBV感染症状多样,累及系统多,不同年龄段的儿童由于免疫系统发育处于不同阶段,对EB病毒的免疫应答存在一定差异,临床医师应提高认识,并进行合理治疗。
Objective Analysis of EB virus infection status of children.Methods Will our EB virus infection were divided into 100 cases of children with typical group and atypical group of each fifty patients,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Involvement of the infected more than the whole body system,causes a variety of diseases,symptoms weight is differ,and many times not to early diagnosis,clinical treatment difficult.Conclusion Children EBV infection symptoms diversity,involving the system,different age paragraph the children since the immune system development in different stages,the EB virus immune response,there is some difference in the clinical doctors should improve the understanding,and reasonable treatment.
