96例慢性咽部溃疡患者的病因学分析

Etiological Analysis of 96 Cases of Patients with Chronic Pharyngeal Ulcer

目的分析96例慢性咽部溃疡患者的病因。方法对来我院就诊的96例慢性咽部溃疡患者进行血常规检查、实验室检测及免疫功能检测,并对患者进行生活习惯与病史方面的询问,最后依据每位患者的临床症状及各项检查结果对其发生慢性咽部溃疡的病因进行分析。结果结果表明良性溃疡患者与其工作强度、工作是否倒班及头发中锌硒、微量元素的含量有相关性,而与患者的性别及是否有胃病无相关性。结论慢性咽部溃疡患者的病因主要有:工作强度、工作性质、头发中微量元素锌、硒是否缺乏。

Objective Analyze of the causes of 96 cases of patients with chronic pharyngeal ulcer.Methods We taked blood routine examination,laboratory test and immune function test to 96 cases of patients with chronic pharyngeal ulcer in our hospital and asked the patients with the habits and customs and history of inquiry,finally analyzed causes of chronic pharyngeal ulcer according to each patient＇s clinical symptoms and the inspection result.Results The results showed that benign ulcer of the patients is connected with work intensity,shift work,zinc and selenium in hair,the content of trace elements,but have no correlation with the sex of patient and if there is stomach trouble.Conclusion The causes of patients with chronic pharyngeal ulcer mainly are： work intensity,the nature of the work,if trace elements such as zinc,selenium in hair is lack.
