永久性心脏起搏器植入术后起搏器相关并发症的防治对策探究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对永久性心脏起搏器植入术后起搏器相关并发症的防治对策进行分析探讨。方法随机抽取在2009年8月至2012年8月间我院收治的行永久性心脏起搏器植入术的临床患者病例96例,对其进行术后随访,统计并发症的发生情况和相关防治措施。结果经统计发现,96例患者中,在术后发生并发症者21例,其中以室性心律失常为主,共7例,其次为囊袋血肿、起搏器综合征等。结论永久性心脏起搏器植入术后并发症的发生率较高,在术中和术后应做好相应的防范措施,降低并发症的发生,提高治疗安全和疗效。
