48例股骨转子间骨折的治疗体会

摘要 目的探讨动力加压髋螺钉(DHS)在股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用,以提高治疗效果,减少并发症。方法 2008年03月至2011年1月,我们采用动力加压髋螺钉和髓内钉系统,并按"尖顶距"原理治疗股骨转子间骨折患者48例。结果病例随访时间为3~24个月,平均为13个月。按Sanders髋关节临床功能评分:优32例,良11例,可4例,差1例,优良率:89.58%。结论应用DHS和髓内钉系统治疗股骨转子间骨折,并按"尖顶距"原理置放头钉,固定可靠,若病例选择及操作得当,能有效减少头钉切出等并发症,可以达到理想效果。
