颅脑损伤致精神障碍的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Mental Disorder Caused by Traumatic Brain Injury

目的分析颅脑损伤致精神障碍的临床特征和治疗方法,以供参考。方法以2009年4月至2012年3月在我院接受治疗的颅脑外伤致精神障碍患者43例为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,分析其精神障碍表现,并观察预后情况。结果颅脑损伤致精神障碍的表现以记忆障碍、智能障碍、人格障碍为主。经治疗后症状消失25例、症状改善16例、无效2例,总有效率为95.35%。其中10例患者建议长期使用抗精神障碍药物。结论精神障碍是颅脑损伤后常见的并发症之一,以记忆障碍最为常见。经对症综合治疗后效果满意,预后情况良好。

Objective To analyze clinical features and treatment methods of the mental disorder caused by traumatic brain injury,for clinical reference.Methods Choose 43 patients with mental disorders caused by craniocerebral trauma from Apr.2009 to Mar.2012 in our hospital as the object of study,a retrospective analysis of the clinical data,analysis of the psychiatric manifestations,and to observe the prognosis.Results The mental disorder caused by traumatic brain injury in memory disorders,mental retardation,personality disorder mainly.The symptoms disappeared after treatment in 25 patients,symptoms improved in 16 cases,2 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 95.35%.Among the 10 patients suggested that long-term use of mental disorders of drug.Conclusion The mental disorders after brain injury is one of the common complications,with memory disorders are the most common.After symptomatic treatment,the clinical effect is satisfactory,the prognosis is good.
