摘要
研究了磺化丁基胶离聚体与几种聚合物共混产物的力学性质与结构间的关系。结果表明,磺化丁基胶高聚体与聚丙烯或SBS的共混物呈现抗张强度方面的协同效应。用示差扫描量热计测得的聚丙烯熔点随离聚体用量增加而下降。透射电镜表明,在磺化丁基胶离聚体与SBS共混物中存在二个连续相,离聚体与高密度聚乙烯共混物的抗张强度服从加和关系,而与氯醇橡胶或顺式聚丁二烯的共混物则呈现抵消效应。
Mechanical properties and strcture relationships of polymer blends of sulfonated butyl rubber ionomer(IIR ionomer)with several kinds of polymers were studied。The results showed that blends of ⅡR ionomer with polypropylene or styrene—butadiene—styrene rubber exhibited synergistic behavior with respect to tensile strength. The melting point of polyprorylene as measured by differential scanning calorimetry is lowered with increase of ionomer content. Transmission electron microphotographs indicsted that two co—continuous phases existed in the blends of ⅡR ionomer with styrene—butadiene—styrene rubber。 ⅡR ionomer/high density polyethylene blends followed additive relationship between tensile strength and composition, while ⅡR ionomer/epichlorohydrin rubber, ⅡR ionomer/cis—1, 4—polybutadiene blends exhibited antagonistic behavior.
