镍系充油顺丁橡胶的门尼粘度—充油量—性能的相关性研究

摘要 本文通过对镍系充油顺丁橡胶的门尼粘度—充油量—性能的相关性研究,揭示了门尼粘度和充油量对充油胶的加工性能和力学性能的影响规律,表明当充油胶门尼粘度控制在40±5时,充油胶具有优异的加工行为和优良的力学性能,此时充油量=37.5±2.5,基础胶ML835±5;以及充油量=2.05。基础胶ML70±5。按此范围可以进行充油胶生产的质量控制。 The effects of the Mooney viscosity and the content of extender oil on the processing and mechanical properties of oil-extended BR(OEBR) were revealed by studying the Mooney viscosity-content of extender oil-property interrelation in OEBR with nickel catalyst system. The experimental results showed that OEBR had an excellent reliability and good mechanical properties when its Mooney viscosity was maintained at 40+5, and that when the content of extender oil=37.5±2.5 phr was matched by ML=83±5 for the raw BR and the content=25.0 by ML=70±5, respectively, the quality of OEBR produced might thus be controlled.
