在高速数字系统研发工程中,信号完整性测量至关重要。在总结产生高速数字信号歧变原因的基础上,从示波器类型选择、技术指标选择等方面,系统分析了采用示波器测试信号完整性应该把握的若干关键要素,对测量高速数字信号完整性有一定帮助。
It is urgent to measure digital signal integrity in research and development about high speed digital systems.Summarizing the reasons for resulting in high speed digital signals distortion, some key factors for measuring digital signal integrity are analyzed with selection of oscilloscope types and technical index.This is helpful for measuring digital signal integrity using oscilloscope.
