射孔器枪内压力测试系统研究及壳体防护

摘要 油气井井下环空压力不能直观反映射孔过程,测取射孔/压裂过程中射孔器枪内压力对优化油气井射孔工艺及评估射孔弹威力有着直接联系,射孔器枪内环境和被测信号的特殊性对测压仪器的外壳及内部测试电路具有严格的要求。并结合实际使用的反馈效果对原有仪器壳体进行了弹塑性分析,针对由射孔弹轰爆导致的壳体形变做了进一步的防护措施。 The perforationg process can not be reflected by the annulus pressure in the well.The mesurement of perforating gun pressure in the peforation process is directly related to the optimization of the perforation techniques and the assessment of the power of the perforating bullet.Due to the special internal environment of the perforating gun and the measured signal, the appearance of the test instrument and test circuit have strict rcqurements.Elastic-plasdc analysis is conducted based on the feedback in the practical enviromcnt and further protection measures has been taken directed at the deformation of the shell due to the explosion of the perforating bullet.
