摘要
本文研究了TETD(四乙基二硫代秋兰姆)和MBTC(巯基苯并噻唑)配合使用的断链体系对硫调型氯丁胶门尼粘度的影响。结果表明,采用该体系可大大缩短断链时间,产品门尼粘度随MBT或MBT/TETD总用量增加成比例降低;断链后胶乳及固体胶的贮存稳定性得到了改善。与单独用TETD的体系相比,产品门尼粘度对断链条件的依赖性小得多。采用该体系,在碱性条件下产品门尼粘度与PH值的大小基本无关;在20—80℃下受断链温度的影响很小,有利于门尼粘度的控制。因此,用改变断链剂用量的方法,即可方便有效地控制产品的门尼粘度。
The effects of MBT(2-mercaptobenzothiazole)/TETD(tetraethylthiuram disulfide)binary peptization system on mooney viscosity of sulfur-modified polychloroprene were studied. The results showed that using the binary system the peptization time was shorten and the mooney viscosity of the products was lowered and the storage stabitity of the latex and solid rubber was enhanced. The advantage of the technique is: the mooney viscosity of the products keeps constant even if the PH value and the temperature change in range 8-12 and 20-80℃ respectively. So this is a efficient method to control the mooney viscosity of the sulfur-modified polychloroprene.
