摘要
本文通过实验讨论了SBR生产中,转化率、硫醇加入量及加入方式对产物分子量分布的影响,并分析了门尼粘度与分子量分布间的关系。SBR中除少量大凝胶外,还含有15~25%的微凝胶,由大分子缠结或轻度交联形成,在外力作用下易断裂。这些微凝胶在SBR的分子量分布图中表现为高分子级分部位的肩峰。
In this paper, the effects of conversion, amount of modifier and the way of addition to MWD of product in SBR production, the relationship between ML and MWD were discussed. Bedises little larger gel, there was also 15—25% of smaller gel in SBR, which was made of entanglement of large moleculars, appearing as a shoulder at high MW in MWD curve of SBR. It is easy to be broken by force.
