前药原理在抗肿瘤药物研究中的应用

Application of Prodrug Principle in the Research of Antitumor Drug

前药具有提高生物利用度、增加水溶性、降低毒副作用等特性,在保持或增强原药药效的同时又克服了原药的缺点。前体药物通过对抗肿瘤原药的化学结构或药物剂型进行一定的修饰,从而克服了化疗药物的缺点,开辟了一条抗肿瘤新药研发的新途径。本文主要综述前药原理在抗肿瘤药物研究中的实例及其研究进展。

Prodrugs can increase bioavailability,increase solubility,decrease adverse reactions and has other characteristics.It can retain or improve the effects of the parent drug,meanwhile,overcome the drawback of the parent drug.Prodrug which is from the modification of active drug structure or dosage form,overcome the defect of chemotherapy agent,and open a new way in antitumor drug.In this paper,several antitumor prodrugs have been reviewed.
