云芝糖肽发酵液提取工艺的优化 被引量:5

摘要 目的:对云芝糖肽发酵液提取的方法进行优化,提高成品的质量和收率。方法:以质量和收率为指标,通过对云芝糖肽发酵液进行纳滤处理,并进行醇沉工艺的优化,得到了符合质量要求的云芝糖肽成品。结论:通过对云芝糖肽发酵液进行纳滤处理和二次醇沉,可以大幅降低成品的酸不溶性灰分,避免了返工的损失,使云芝糖肽成品的质量和收率得到大幅的提高。
