摘要
研究了羧化聚乙烯(CXPE)活化处理碳酸钙对丁苯橡胶(SBR)补强性能的影响。实验结果表明:选用Mn为2000,酸值约为50mgKOH/g的CXPEl~5%活化处理碳酸钙可明显提高硫化胶的性能,且补强效果优于硬脂酸处理后得的活性碳酸钙,但低于超细碳酸钙;CXPE活化碳酸钙的方式对SBR性能影响不大;CXPE的偶联效果高于橡胶偶联剂。
The effect of CaCO_3 modified by carboxylated polyethylene (CPE) on increasing reinforcement of butadiene—styrene rubber(SBR) was studied in this paper. The experiment results showed that by adding 1—5 percent(mass)CPE with Mn of 2000 and acid value of 50 mgKOH/g to CaCO_3 increased reinforcement of SBR. And it had higher reinforcement than treated calcium carbonate, but lower than ultrafine calcium carbonate. The methods of preliminary treatment CaCO_3 with CPE have no more different in reinforcement. The coupling of CPE was higher than rubber coupling agent.
