杨凌地区不同畜禽有机肥养分及重金属含量研究

Contents of Nutrients and Heavy Metals in the Different Livestock and Poultry Manure

测定了陕西杨凌地区日光温室施用的40余个畜禽有机肥不同养分及重金属元素的含量。结果表明：测定的鸡粪、猪粪和牛粪平均有机碳含量分别为22．80％、14．96％和21．59％，鸡粪和牛粪的有机碳含量显著高于猪粪，鸡粪与牛粪间无显著性差异。鸡粪、猪粪和牛粪的平均全N及全P含量分别为2．47％及1．34％，1．65％及0．85％，1．78％及0．92％；鸡粪的全氮、全磷均显著高于猪粪和牛粪，猪粪和牛粪间无显著性差异；三类畜禽有机肥全钾含量无显著性差异。不同畜禽有机肥NH4＋-N、NO3^--N、SON（可溶性有机氮）的含量平均含量分别为0．49gkg^-1、0．83gkg^-1和1．07gkg^-1，占有机肥全氮的平均比例分别为2．31％、4．05％和5．03％。畜禽有机肥Zn、Cu及Cd的含量分别在102．2～498．3mgkg^-1、35．15～123．6mgk^-1和2．71～7．87mgkg^-1之间，按照德国有机肥重金属限量标准评价，Cd超标严重。

We analyzed the contents of different nutrients and heavy metals in over forty kinds of livestock and poultry manure, which was collected from the sunlight greenhouses in Y contents of organic carbon in chicken manure, pig manure and angling, Shaanxi. The results showed that the mean cattle manure were 22.80%, 14.96% and 21.59%, respectively; the organic carbon contents in chicken manure and cattle manure were significantly higher than pig manure, and no significant difference of organic carbon content was observed between chicken manure and cattle manure. The mean values of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in chicken manure, pig manure and cattle manure were 2.47% and 1.34%, 1.65% and 0.85%, 1.78% and 0.92%, respectively. Total nitrogen and phosphorus contents in chicken manure were significantly higher than those of pig manure and cattle manure; and there was no significant difference in total N and P between pig manure and cattle manure. There was no significant difference in the total potassium among three manure. The mean contents of NHZ-N, NOf-N and soluble organic nitrogen （SON） in different livestock and poultry manure were 0.49 g kg-1, 0.83 g kg-1 and 1.07 g kg-1, respectively; and accounted for 2.31%, 4.05% and 5.03% of the total nitrogen （TN） in the manure, respectively.
