摘要
本工作以PTMEG、MDI和BDO为原料,合成了以PTMEG/BDO为骨架的PU弹性体,通过改变PTMEG的浓度、分子量和分子量分布探讨了PTMEG—PU弹性体中软段对弹性体性能的影响。实验结果表明:PTMEG——PU弹性体中,PTMEG的浓度、分子量和分子量分布是影响弹性体物理机械性能和水解稳定住的重要因素,分子量为2000的PTMEG可使PU弹性体的综合性能达到最佳水平。
The polyurethane elastomers that MDI/BDO is used as backbone was synthesized by using PTMEG, MDI and BDO as raw material. The effect of properties of soft segments on physical properties of PTMEG—polyurethane elastomers was studies by changing of concentration, molecular weight, and molecular weight distribution of PTMEG. The experimental results show that concentration, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of PTMEG are the important factors that effect physico—mechanical properties and hydrolytic stability in the polyurethane elastomers. Optimum overall polyurethane properties can be achieved with PIMEG in the molecular weight of 2000.
