County Heritage Conservation in the Perspective of Low-level Administrators

县级文物建筑保护中存在管理跨度大、保护资金缺、员工素质低、保护与利用步入误区等诸多问题,为此,应采取齐抓共管、加大投入、内培外引、合理保护与利用等对策进行解决。

The county heritage conservation has problems of large span of management,lack of protection funds,low quality of the staff,misunder standing of conservation and utilization,which should be solved by making concerted efforts to increase investment,internal training and talent introduc tion,reasonable protection and use.
