Elementary Discussion on the College students' Psychological Crisis Prevention and Intervention

当代大学生对自己和社会的期望较高,对未来充满了美好的憧憬。但由于他们自身的发展特点,面对学习、生活出现的各种问题不能正确应对,从而引发了心理动荡不安而产生了心理危机,严重影响大学生的心理健康发展,在全面分析大学生心理危机成因的基础上,提出心理危机的预防与干预措施。

Contemporary college students have high expectations with themselves and society,and are full of beautiful dreams in future.But be cause of their own characteristics,they cannot handle the problems in learning and life correctly,which leads to psychological turbulence and men tal crisis and causes serious impact on the psychological health of college students.This article offers a proposal on the psychological crisis prevention and intervention measures on the basis of the cause of psychological crisis of college students.
