蚌埠地区健康体检血脂水平分析

Analysis of Blood Lipid Level among People Received a Physical Examination

目的了解蚌埠地区血脂水平与血脂异常率的情况及年龄、性别两者之间的关系。方法对2008年6月-2010年12月份7898名健康体检者相关资料进行统计分析。结果血脂总的趋势随年龄的增长而升高;血清胆固醇(TC)男女分别为(4.71±0.94)mmol/L和(4.63±0.99)mmol/L(P>0.05);甘油三酯(TG)男女分别为(1.96±1.73)mmol/L和(1.40±1.04)mmol/L(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)男女分别为(1.31±0.58)mmol/L和(1.54±0.40)mmol/L(P<0.01);低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)男女分别为(2.35±0.78)mmol/L和(2.29±0.87)mmol/L(P>0.05)。TC异常率达27.3%;TG异常率达18.09%;HDL-C异常率达15.25%;LDL-C异常率达16.17%。结论蚌埠地区血脂异常率总体高于国内平均水平,但TC及TG值在国内处于较高水平,TG女性则处于平均水平,HDL-C则略高于国内平均水平,而LDL-C接近。其原因可能与不良的饮食习惯及缺乏体育锻炼等因素有关。

Objective To explore the lipid levels and the rate of dyslipidemia among the people from Bengbu region and in- vestigate their relevance to the age and gender of patients. Methods The examination data of 7898 physical examination takers from June 2008 to December 2010 were gathered and analyzed. Results General trend of the lipid levels rose with increases of age. The level of serum cholesterol（TC） in men and women was （4.71 ± 0.94 ） mmol/L and （4.63 ± 0.99 ） mmol/L, respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of serum triglyceride （TG） was （ 1.96 ± 1.73 ） mmol/L and （ 1.40 ± 1.04 ） mmol/L, respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of serum high-density lipoprotein （HDL-C） in men and women was （ 1.31± 0.58 ） mmol/L and （ 1.54 ± 0.40 ） mmol/L, respectively（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of serum density lipoprotein（ LDL-C ） in men and women was （2.35 ±0.78 ） mmol/ L and /（ 2.29 ± 0.87 ） mmol/L, respectively （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The abnormal rate of TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C was 27.3 %, 18.09% , 15.25% and 16.17% ,respectively. Conclusion The rate of dyslipidemia in Bengbu region is higher when compared with the average level in China. Especially, the levels of TC and TG are significantly higher than their average levels of China. However, in female from Bengbu region, the levels of TG and LDL-L are close to average levels of China and the level of HDL-C is slightly higher than average level of China. The reason may be related to poor eating habits and lack of ohvsieal exercise and other factors.
