婴幼儿先心病术后急性肾衰竭行腹膜透析的护理

Nursing of Infants with Peritoneal Dialysis after Congenital Heart Diseases Postoperative Complicated Acute Renal Failure

目的探讨婴幼儿先心病术后急性肾功能衰竭时腹膜透析的护理措施。方法回顾分析2011年1～12月间5例先心病患儿术后因急性肾功能衰竭行腹膜透析的护理记录。5例患儿均采用间歇性腹膜透析方法,密切记录间歇性腹膜透析间输入透析液量、透出液量、酸碱平衡及小便量。结果 5例患儿经过间歇性腹膜透析及相关护理后均顺利康复,肾功能恢复良好,无不良并发症发生。结论婴幼儿先心病术后出现急性肾功能衰竭行间歇性腹膜透析,是安全、有效的措施。恰当的护理配合,是治疗成功的关键。

Objective To explore the nursing measures of peritoneal dialysis about infants of postoperation with congenital heart disease eomplicated with acute renal failure. Methods From January to December in 2011, a total of 5 infants of pestopera- tion with congenital heart disease complicated with acute renal failure were enrolled. Their nursing record was reviewed. The 5 in- fants were used intermittent peritoneal dialysis method, and were recorded the urine volume, input dialysis fluid content, given liq- uid quantity, electrolyte imbalance and malnutrition. Results All 5 cases were successful rehabilitation with intermittent perito- neal dialysis, and reeovery of renal function was good,with no adverse complications. Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis treating in- fants with congenital heart disease postoperative acute renal failure was a safe and effective measure. Appropriate nursing coopera- tion was the key of successful treatment.
