延续性护理对首发精神分裂症病人出院后康复的影响

Effects of Continuous Nursing Care on Rehabilitation of Discharged Patients with First-Episode Schizophrenics

目的探讨延续性护理对首发精神分裂症病人出院后康复的影响。方法选取从泰安市精神病医院出院的首发精神分裂症病人72例,随机分为两组进行观察,每组36例。所有患者分别用阴性与阳性量表(PANSS)及精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS),于入组时及12个月后分别进行测评,最后用自制遵医行为、服药依从性、复发再入院表对两组患者进行评定比较。结果入组时两组SQLS、PANSS得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),12个月后实验组SQLS、PANSS得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论延续性护理有助于首发精神分裂症患者提高服药的依从性,降低复发及再住院率,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of continuous nursing care on the rehabilitation of patients with discharged first- episode schizophrenics. Methods Total 72 patients with first-episode schizophrenics discharged from our hospital were randomly divided into observation and control group, with 36 patients in each group. All patients were tested by using Positive and Negative Syndrome（PANSS） and Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale（SQLS） at intake and 12 months after intake. Then treatment compli- ance, medication compliance, readmission rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant differ- ence in PANSS and SQLS scores at intake between the two group （P 〉 0.05）. While the PANSS and SQLS scores of the experi- mental group 12 months after the intake were statistically lower than the control one. Conclusion Continuous nursing can do much help for the patients with first-episode schizophrenics to improve their mental symptoms and medication compliance, reduce recurrence and readmission rate, and improve their quality of life.
