脱硫系统真空皮带脱水机频发缺陷分析及处理

Analysis and treatment of defect frequent occuring on desulphurization vacuum belt dehydrator

针对国电大武口热电有限公司脱硫真空皮带脱水机缺陷频发问题,从皮带跑偏、滤布跑偏、滤布撕裂、脱辊变形、脱水效果差等方面对缺陷的发生原因进行分析,从运行、检修、安装等方面提出解决频发缺陷的改进措施。改造结果表明:真空皮带脱水机缺陷率明显降低,能够确保长期、安全、稳定运行。

Aiming at the problem of defect frequent occuring on desulphurization vacuum belt dehy- drator in State Power Group Dawukou Thermal Power Co., Ltd., analyzes the causation from aspects of the belt deflection, filter deflection, filter cloth avulsion, roller transmutation and poor dehydration ef- fect, brings forward the improvement measures from the aspects of operation, maintenance and instal- lation. The result shows that defect rate of vacuum belt dehydrator decrease obviously, which can in- sure the equipment safe and steady operation.
