摘要
研制出一种聚胺抑制剂XJA-1,以XJA-1、优选出的包被抑制剂SDE(相对低分子量阳离子聚丙烯酰胺)和封堵防塌剂(铝基聚合物HA-1)为主剂构建了聚胺水基钻井液。室内实验对3种主剂和钻井液的性能进行了评价,结果表明,XJA-1抑制泥页岩水化膨胀和分散的能力与国外同类产品Ultrahib接近,且在高温下的作用效果良好;SDE和HA-1能从不同方面抑制泥页岩的水化分散,综合增强钻井液的井壁稳定效果;该钻井液的抑制性和润滑性与油基钻井液接近,并具有较好的流变和滤失性能。该钻井液在TH10410CH2井成功进行了应用,有效解决了泥页岩水化导致的井壁失稳问题,提高了钻井效率,为复杂泥页岩钻井提供了新的技术对策。
The novel polyamine inhibitor XJA-1,encapsulating inhibitor SDE and sealing anti-sloughing agent are evaluated,based on that,the polyamine water-based drilling fluid is developed.The experimental results show that the inhibition of XJA-1 is close to Ultrahib,and inhibition and lubrication of the polyamine drilling fluid system is similar with oil-based drilling fluid system,and it has good performances of rheology and filtration.The application in TH10410CH2 is successful that it effectively solves the problem of wellbore instability caused by shale hydration.
