胶乳水泥浆消泡剂优选

Optimization on DefoamingAgent of Latex Cement Slurry

摘要 胶乳水泥浆在配制过程中易产生大量气泡,普通消泡剂无法消除,不仅给现场配浆带来困难,还易造成气窜、井喷等安全问题。实验研究表明,胶乳泡沫严重影响水泥浆密度、抗压强度以及稠化性能,使用消泡剂可改善水泥浆性能。利用简易密度恢复率方法对各种类型消泡剂在不同胶乳加量下的消泡能力及最优加量进行了评价,优选出2种消泡剂XPC-502和BP+XP-1。研究表明,在胶乳加量为5%~20%时,2种消泡剂的密度恢复率都较大,且浆体流变性好、水泥石强度大、失水易控制、稠化性能稳定,为胶乳水泥浆消泡剂的使用提供了新的选择。 Much foam is generated while preparing for latex cement slurry,but the normal defoaming agent cannot work well that may cause gas channeling and blow-out.The experimental results show that density,compressive strength and thickening time of cement slurry are affected severely by foam,and defoaming agent can solve this problem effectively.The density recovery method is applied to optimize defoaming agents that XPC-502 and BP+XP-1 are got finally.With content of 5%-20%,the performances of rheology,strength,filtration and thickening time are better than before.
