摘要
为减少瓜胶压裂液对低渗透、碱敏储层的二次伤害,研制出了一种低分子量聚合物压裂液,并解决了该压裂液交联时间不易控制、低温破胶困难的技术难题。通过对主要添加剂进行优选,该压裂液以AM/AANa/NaAMPS的共聚物作稠化剂,其分子量为20万~30万,水溶速度快,现场配液容易,且增稠能力强,在压裂液中的浓度为0.2%~0.6%时即能满足压裂施工要求;用有机锆与醛的复合物作交联剂;针对不同的地层温度,从低温破胶剂DP-2+活化剂、过硫酸铵、胶囊破胶剂+过硫酸铵中分别选用;最终优选出了低、中、高温低分子量聚合物压裂液系列配方。该压裂液在华北二连的乌里雅斯太油田、鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡的油井与天然气井压裂改造中均取得了较好的效果。
To reduce the secondary damage to low permeability and alkali sensitive reservoirs by guar gum,a low molecular weight polymer fracturing fluid system is developed in this paper.The thickener is copolymer of AM/AANa/NaAMPS with molecular weight 0.2-0.3 million,it dissolves fast and operates easily in field,moreover,with the concentration of 0.2%-0.6% itcanmeetthedemandsoffracturingoperation.Thecrosslinkeristhecompoundoforganiczirconiumandaldehyde,according to difference temperature conditions,low middle and high temperature formulations of fracturing fluid are optimized based on agents of DP-2+activator,ammonium persulfate,capsule gel breaker+ ammonium persulfate.The applications of this fracturing fluid system in oil and gas wells of Erlian and other oilfields are successful.
