摘要
报告1例界线类偏瘤型麻风。患者男,52岁。额部、左上眼睑和右上臂出现红色斑块5个月,并伴蚁行感和微痒。皮损组织病理检查:表皮轻度萎缩,表皮下可见狭窄无浸润带,真皮内、皮肤附属器及神经周围可见淋巴细胞和组织细胞浸润。抗酸染色见大量抗酸杆菌。
A case of borderline lepromatous leprosy is reported. A 52-year-old head, left eyelid and right upper arm for 5 months with formication and slight slight epidermal atrophy and subepidermal clear zone. There was lymphocyte and appendages and peripheral nerves. Abundant acid-fast bacilli were observed with man presented with red plaques on his fore- itching. Histopathologic examination showed histocyte infiltration in the dermis, the acid-fast staining.
