首次剖宫产术式对再次剖宫产手术的影响

Effect of Cesarean section methods for the first time on Cesarean section the second time

目的比较改良新式剖宫产术与新式剖宫产术对再次剖宫产的影响。方法再次剖宫产手术患者100例中,50例首次剖宫产是采用了改良新式剖宫产术式(A组),另外50例首次剖宫产是采用了新式剖宫产术式(B组)。比较两组再次剖宫产手术情况。结果 A组患者切开腹壁暴露子宫下段时间、进腹到胎儿取出时间和术中出血量均明显少于B组(P<0.05);A组盆腔和腹壁切口粘连情况严重程度均明显轻于B组(P<0.05);A组术后排气时间和住院时间明显短于B组(P<0.05)。结论改良新式剖宫产术式对再次剖宫产手术影响较小。

Objective To compare the impacts of modified new model Cesarean section and new model Cesarean section for the first time on Cesarean section for the second time. Methods A total of 100 patients underwent Cesarean section for the second time, in whom 50 cases（group A） had undergone modified new model Cesarean section and 50 cases （group B） undergone new model Cesarean section 2 to 6 years ago. The data of Cesarean section for the second time were compared between two groups. Results The times for exposing low part of the uterus, fetal extraction, and intraoperative blood loss were less in group A than those in group B（P〈0. 05）. The severity of pelvic and abdominal wall adhesions was slighter in group A than that in group B（P〈0. 05）. The times of postoperative exhaust and hospital stay were shorter in group A than those in group B（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Effect of modified new model Cesarean section for the first time on Cesarean section for the second time is less than that of new model Cesarean section.
