微波辅助制备纳米晶体的研究进展

摘要 介绍了微波辅助法制备无机纳米晶体的研究进展,对微波在其制备过程中的作用机理进行了归纳,讨论了微波场中影响纳米晶体尺寸及形貌的主要因素。 The research and development in microwave-assisted synthesis of inorganic nano-crystals were introduced. The mechanism of microwave-assisted process were summarized. The factors which can affect the size and morphology of nano-crystals in microwave-system were discussed.
