摘要
在ZG-0025型的真空中频炉中制备了Ca质量分数分别为0.19%,0.56%,0.69%,0.87%,1.31%的Cu-Ca合金试样;采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、HV-1000A显微硬度计和涡流导电仪分析了不同Ca含量的Cu-Ca合金显微组织和性能。结果表明:随Ca含量的增加,Cu5Ca数量增多,合金导电率下降,显微硬度增大。
Five binary Cu-Ca alloys with Ca content of 0.19%, 0.56%, 0.69%, 0.87%, 1.31% were prepared in the type of ZG-0025 vacuum intermediate frequency furnace. The microstructure and properties of the alloys were investigated by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction HV-1000A micro-hardness tester and vortex conductivity apparatus. The results indicate that the quantity of Cu5Ca increases, the conductivity of the alloys decreases, and the microhardness increases with the increase of trace Ca content.
