摘要
通过宏观观察、显微分析、能谱分析方法并结合生产实际分析了45钢出现黑斑的原因。结果表明:黑斑是由于碳偏析形成中心增碳而造成的,黑斑可通过退火+正火处理加以消除。
The reasons for the generation of black patch of 45 steel during production were analyzed by macrography observation, microanalys and energy spectrum. The results show that the generation of black patch can contribute to the centre recarburezation, which is formed by carbon segregation. The black patch can be eliminated by annealing and normalizing.
