摘要
采用热压缩模拟试验,测定了AZ41镁合金在热变形条件下的流动应力,分析了变形条件对流动应力的影响,并采用幂指数关系建立了稳态流动本构方程,结果表明,在变形温度250~450℃和变形速率0.001~1s-1的范围内都发生了动态再结晶。通过对其应变硬化行为的研究,确定了不同变形条件下发生动态再结晶的临界应变值。
The flow stress under different thermal deformation condition for AZ41 alloy was measured by hot compression simulation. Sequently, the effects of the deformation conditions on the flow stress were analyzed, and the flow constitutive equation was established using power exponent relationship. The results show that dynamic recrystallization happens at 250-450℃ with deformation rate of 0.001-1 s^-1. The critical strain of activation of dynamic recrystallization under different deformation conditions was obtained based on the further study of strain hardening behavior.
