摘要
以00Cr22Ni5Mo3REx双相不锈钢为研究材料,采用金相显微镜、万能拉伸试验机和冲击试验机等手段,研究了RE含量对00Cr22Ni5Mo3REx双相不锈钢显微组织、力学性能及耐点蚀性能的影响。结果表明,奥氏体含量随RE含量的增加先增加后减少,在RE含量为0.3%时,两相比例约为1:1,力学性能随RE含量的增加先降低后增大;随RE含量的增加,耐点蚀性能先减弱后增强;当RE含量在0.4%时,00Cr22Ni5Mo3REx双相不锈钢综合性能最好。
The influences of RE content on the mierostructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of 00Cr22Ni5Mo3REχ duplex stainless steel were studied by metallographic microscope, universal tensile testing machine and impact test enginery testing methods. The results show austenite content increases with the increase of RE content and then decreases; when the RE content is 0.3%, the two phase ratio is 1:1; with RE conent increasing, the mechanical properties first decreases and then increases; the corrosion resistant decreases with the increase of RE content and then increases; when RE content is 0.4%, the comprehensive performance of the steel is best.
