摘要
为解决变形管道的密封问题,设计出钢质复合弹性体膨胀胶筒,用于大膨胀量封隔器,在高压、高温条件下能有效对变形管道进行密封,并能承受较大压力。通过结构优化设计计算胶筒的设计尺寸,并对该复合结构进行有限元分析来验证其设计的合理性。
To solve the problem of deformation pipeline sealing, a large expansion packer was designed, which was applicable to the casing deformation pipeline. The packer can effectively seal the pipeline, and withstand the tremendous pressure in the conditon of high pressure and high tempertratrue. Through the structure optimization design, the design size was calculated, and then the finite element analysis was carried out on the compound structure, which can verify the rationality of the design.
