摘要 研究了盾构刀具用5Cr5MoSiV1钢淬火时,加热温度、保温时间和冷却方式对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:5Cr5MoSiV1钢在1000~1150℃加热保温30min后,其淬火硬度和冲击韧度均随加热温度的上升表现出先增后减的趋势;在1050℃下保温20~60min时,随保温时间的延长,淬火硬度不断降低,淬火硬度与淬火保温时间满足一定的线性关系式,而冲击功先增大后减小。在淬火加热温度和保温时间相同的情况下,油淬试样的硬度和冲击功要比空淬后的试样分别高0.7~1.2HRC和2~3J。 The effects of quenching temperature, holding time and cooling method on the mechanical properties of 5Cr5MoSiV1 steel for shield tools were investigated. The results show that after the heat preservation for 30 min at 1000-1150℃ quenched in oil, the hardness of the tested steel increases first and decreases afterwards. When the tested steel is put at 1050 ℃ for 20-60 min and then oil cooling, the hardness of the tested steel decreases with the increase of holding time, and the hardness and time can satisfy a certain linear relation, while the impact energy rises first and falls later. The hardness of the tested steel quenched in oil is higher by 0.7-1.2 HRC than in air, and the impact energy 2-3 J, when the quenching time and the holding time are identical.
