正火工艺对15MnTi钢焊缝组织与性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对15MnTi钢焊缝进行了不同温度的正火处理并进行了组织观察、硬度、拉伸及冲击试验。结果表明:焊缝组织为贝氏体+碳化物+残余奥氏体。经正火处理后,焊缝组织转变为铁素体+珠光体;焊缝金属的硬度和强度下降且随正火温度升高而降低,这主要是因铁素体含量增加引起的。同时,随正火温度升高,组织粗化以及珠光体片层间距增加,导致脆化,因此焊缝金属韧性增加幅度较小。 The normalizing treatment of 15MnTi steel weld was carried out at different temperatures. The microstructure, hardness, tensile and impact toughness were studied. The results show that the weld microstructure consists of bainite, carbide and a small amount of residual austenite. By different temperature normalizing treatment, the weld microstructure transforms into fcrrite and pearlite. The weld hardness and strength decreases with the increase of the amounts of ferrite. Meanwhile, the welded joint is brittle because of microstructure coarsening and pearlite interlaminar spacing increasing, then, the increasing extent of toughness of weld metal is smaller.
