固溶处理对含硼不锈钢组织和性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了含硼不锈钢经不同固溶工艺处理后组织、力学性能及耐腐蚀性能的变化规律。根据Themo-calc软件计算结果,显示硼化物具有较高的热稳定性。结果表明:含硼不锈钢经不同固溶工艺处理后硼化物的析出数量基本保持不变。试验得到含硼不锈钢理想的热处理工艺为:1100℃固溶保温1 h后水淬,其力学性能和耐蚀性能相对较优。原因是晶界上大量堆积的大块状硼化物数量减少,形成小块状和点状均匀分布。 The influences of solution treatment on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of boron stainless steel were investigated. Borides have high thermal stability by thermo-calc calculation. The experimental results show that the precipitation amount of borides basically unchanges with different solution treatment. The proper heat treatment for this born stainless steel is solution at 1100℃ for 4h then water cooling. The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance are relatively better because the accumulation of large blocky borides reduces and forms small block and dot borides in the grain boundaries.
