摘要
利用MASTA圆柱齿轮制造模块对某汽车变速器齿轮进行滚齿工艺和热处理模拟。仿真结果表明:滚齿加工具有适应性好、连续切削、无空行程,生产率较高的工艺特点;由MASTA软件仿真计算齿轮热处理变形量的最大值约为70μm,而且热变形的变化趋势呈现先增大再减小后增大的趋势。
Based on MASTA cylindrical gear manufacturing module, the generating process and heat treatment of auto transmission gear were simulated. The simulation results show that the generating process has good adaptability, continuous cutting, no extra stroke, and higher productivity process characteristics. By MASTA software simulation, gear heat treatment deformation amount of maximum value is about 70 μm, the trend of thermal deformation first increases then decreases and then increases.
