摘要
通过实测温度发现,不同氨气流量下保护套盒内各点温度波动大,不能满足铍青铜固溶的炉温均匀性要求,而不同氮气流量下保护套盒内各点温度波动小,能够满足铍青铜固溶的炉温均匀性要求。
By actually measuring temperatures, the temperature inside the box undulates greatly under the different ammonia flow amount, which can not satisfy the request of stove temperature uniformity of QBe2 solution treatnaent. But the temperature inside the box undulates small under different nitrogen flow amount, which can satisfy the request of stove temperature uniformity of QBe2 solution treatment.
