三维摄影技术在评估正畸托槽拆除前后唇突度变化中的应用 被引量:3

An Initial Explore to the Change of Lip Convexity After Orthodontic Appliance Removal Using 3D Stereophotogrammetry

摘要 目的:拟初步建立利用三维摄影技术测量软组织变化的方法,并使用该方法检验正畸矫治器拆除后唇突度的变化。方法:使用3dMD立体摄像机,将16名患者在拆除矫治器前后拍摄的三维立体影像输入系统自带软件包,并重叠拆除前后影像,测量患者左右口角,上唇弓中点及下唇下缘中点的突度变化,使用配对t检验计算测量结果。结果:矫治器拆除后,患者的右口角内收-(1.17±1.02)mm,上唇弓中点内收-(0.38±0.67)mm,下唇下缘中点内收-(1.05±0.85)mm,左口角内收-(1.22±0.96)mm。左右口角及下唇下缘中点的内收量有统计学意义。结论:①本研究初步探索出一种3dMD辅助测量软组织变化的方法,具有一定应用价值;②唇侧矫治器拆除后唇突度的变化有统计学意义,但该变化的个体差异性较大。 Objective: To establish a method for soft tissue measurement and measure the change of lip convexity after orthodontic appliance removal using 3D stereophotogrammetry.Methods: Sixteen patients were recruited into the study.The pictures before and after orthodontic appliance removal were captured and registered by stable area using 3dMD stereophotogrammetry system.Changes of certain landmarks were measured and recorded using surface-to-surface distance measurement.Results: The mean change of left and right chalion and lower lip were statistically significant but clinically insignificant.Changes regarding midpoint of upper lip vermillion was not statistically significant.Conclusion: A method of measuring soft tissue change using 3dMD stereophotogrammetry were initially established.Changes of lip convexity after orthodontic appliance removal was not clinically significant,however,sound variability existed between patients.
