摘要
以乙酰乙酸乙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸十六酯为原料,采用乳液聚合法合成了一种具有复鞣、加脂功能的高分子甲醛捕捉剂,并采用红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱对其结构和相对分子质量进行了表征。应用试验表明该甲醛捕捉剂较优的除醛条件:温度35℃,时间1h,捕捉剂用量根据皮坯中的甲醛含量而定。在山羊蓝湿革的复鞣加脂试验中,该高分子甲醛捕捉剂也表现出良好的复鞣加脂性能,复鞣的皮坯粒面平细度和柔软度均较好。
A kind of macromolecule formaldehyde capture agent with retanning and fatliquoring function was synthesized by emulsion polymerization and using ethyl acetoacetate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, crylic acid, methyl methacrylate and hexadecyacrylate as raw materials. And its structure and molecule weight were characterized by FT - IR and GPC. The optimal application conditions of this formaldehyde capture agent, capturing for 1 h at 35 ℃ and its dosage should be according to the formaldehyde content in pelts. In addition, this formaldehyde capture agent exhibits perfect retanning and fatliquoring properties in application experi- ments based on goat wet blue, and the pelts show good softness and grain smooth.
