摘要
用噻啉类-纳米银抗菌复配剂处理绵羊毛皮制备抗菌医用绵羊毛皮,与澳大利亚商品医用绵羊毛皮进行对比评价。测定2种绵羊毛皮对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、红圆酵母菌的抗菌性能,评价了二者抗菌性能的优劣;测试了二者的抗张强度、撕裂强度、收缩温度、染色牢度以及毛密度等物理机械性能并进行了分析;从羊毛长度、羊毛密度、羊毛单纤维断裂强度及绝对伸长量、羊毛直径几方面,比较了纳米抗菌功能绵羊毛皮和澳大利亚商品医用绵羊毛皮的毛被品质。通过测定毛皮中六价铬、游离甲醛的含量,评价了二者的生态性能。结果表明:纳米抗菌功能绵羊毛皮除了具有很好的抗菌效果外,在理化性能方面和澳大利亚商品医用绵羊毛皮品质相当。
The evaluation and comparison was made between the antibacterial medical sheep fur prepared by the lab and the Australian medical sheep fur prepared by Australian medical fur commercial. The antibacterial properties to escherichia coli, yellow staphylococcus and Rhodosporidium toruloides were determined, and the comparison between them was made. Physical and chemical tests of the two kinds of fur were made, such as tensile strength, tear strength, shrinkage temperature as well as the length, density and diameter of sheep hair etc. The safety and environmental conservation were evaluated by chromium VI content and content of free formaldehyde in the two kinds of fur. The results show that the antibacterial sheep fur has a distinct antibacterial activity against three types of bacterial, besides, compared with Australian medical sheep fur, its physical and chemical properties was excellent.
