小肠镜造影发现空肠憩室并出血1例报道

Jejunum diverticulum and hemorrhage found by enteroscopy imaging: one case report

空肠憩室是消化道出血的少见原因之一,诊断困难,主要依靠消化道钡餐、选择性肠系膜动脉造影、核素扫描检查,甚至剖腹探查诊断,小肠镜结合泛影葡胺造影使空肠憩室诊断更加简单、直观、清晰、准确。本文介绍了本院于2009年发现的1例因空肠巨大憩室引起消化道出血的病例,小肠镜并造影检查对诊断空肠憩室具有重要价值。

Jejunum diverticulum is rare cause of hemorrhage of digestive tract. Its diagnosis mainly relies on gastrointestinal barium meal, selective mesenteric angiography, radionuclide scanning, and laparotomy. Endoscopy combined with meglumine diatrizoate contrast used for the jejunal diverticulum diagnosis is more simple, intuitive, clear, and accurate. This paper introduced 1 case of jejunal huge diverticulum with digestive tract hemorrhage in our hospital in 2009 diagnosed by endoscopy combined with imaging examination.
