脑动脉瘤夹闭术中微血管多普勒监测分析 被引量:7

摘要 动脉瘤央闭术后存在动脉瘤颈夹闭不全,载瘤动脉狭窄或分支动脉闭塞存等并发症,严重影响手术的治疗效果。本研究回顾性分析苏州大学附属第一医院神经外科从2005年11月至2011年6月86例94个动脉瘤夹闭术中应用微血管多普勒(microvasculardoppler,MVD)监测的病例资料,报告如下。
