涎腺导管癌伴巨细胞瘤样改变1例

Salivary duct carcinoma associated with giant cell tumor:A case report

摘要 以巨细胞瘤(GCT)为主要特征的原发性涎腺导管癌(SDC)是极为罕见的相对新认识的尚未完全定义组织发生学的一种肿瘤。本文报道1例发生于腮腺的伴有GCT的SDC,并结合文献,探讨其临床特点、病理学改变及组织学起源。 Primary salivary duct earcinoma（SDC） teature, d with gianl cell tumor（GCT） is a extremely rare, relatively new anderstanding lesion and its histogenesis has not been fully defined. This paper reported a case of SI）C associated with GCT. ils clinical, hislopalhologie features and histological origin were discussed in combination with literature review.
