多发性脾动脉瘤介入术后转开腹手术一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，44岁。因脾动脉瘤栓塞术后半个月，左肩部不适、左上腹疼痛半个月入院。既往史：肝硬化20年，妊娠3次。查体：全身皮肤黏膜轻度黄染，周身散在瘀点，脾脏Ⅱ度肿大，其余无阳性体征。
