摘要
采用凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)和粘度法分别测定了北京化工二厂和武汉葛店化工厂生产的高聚合度聚氯乙烯(HPVC)的分子量及其分布。实验结果表明:上述两厂生产的HFVC平均聚合度均在2000以上,符合高聚合度聚氯乙烯平均聚合度应在1700以上的要求,并且实验结果与生产厂提供的技术指标基本一致;基于实验条件和文献中选取的K、α值不同,GPC法和粘度法的实验结果存在一定的误差。
The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of high degree of polymerization of polyvinyl chloride (HPVC) made in BeiJing and Wuhan were measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and viscometry methods. The experiment results showed that the average degrees of polymerization of HPVC are all over 2000 and they are true HPVC. The results obtained were very close to those given by manufactures. Because of experiment equipment error and K、α chrosen in the literatures,there is error between GPC result and viscometry result.
